Submitted papers should not have been previously published nor be currently under consideration for publication elsewhere.

Conditions
The paper should be in clear language that can be understood by general reader outside the area of specialization. The language of paper should be English (USA). Maximum number of words is 8000. Only the papers, which have not been pre published, and are not currently under consideration for publication by another journal, are acceptable.

Attach additional page (format is attached) giving authorship and institutional affiliation with complete email address and telephone numbers.
ABSTRACT
An abstract should be about 150 words. The abstract should be a concise and clear presentation of the contents of paper. It should be understandable by the general reader and it should contain minimum of acronyms and jargons.
SUBMISSION
Papers should be submitted as hard copy and e mail the soft copy both in the word and PDF format The hard copy should be sent to the following address:
HEADINGS
Headings should be in UPPERCASE, starting with 1 INTRODUCTION , and should be bolded, font size 11 and aligned left, numbered sequentially as 1, 2, 3, etc. Do not number Abstract and REFERENCES. Subheadings should appear in upper and lower case, bold, font size 11). Subheadings should be numbered 1.1., 1.2, etc. further division of subheadings should be numbered as 1.1.1. Headings should be short and clear indication of the content.
FIGURES AND TABLES
Tables should be numbered sequentially as 1 2 3 with an explanatory title aligned centered above the table. Times New Roman.10pt, bold, lowercase must be used. Figures should be numbered sequentially as 1 2 3 with an explanatory title aligned centered below the table. Times New Roman.10pt, bold, lowercase must be used. Single line titles are preferred. Tables and Figures must be black and white.
TEXT
Double column and single line spacing should be used. Use 11 points font size, and Times New Romans.

Abstract
Every submission of research article must begin with an abstract of maximum of 150 words, followed by a set of keywords. The abstract should be a concise and clear presentation of the contents of paper. It should be understandable by the general reader and it should contain minimum of acronyms and jargons. The abstract should state the problem and the purpose of the paper, the research approach followed, and also the results and conclusions. The abstract should be limited to one paragraph. Avoid citing references in the abstract. Use Microsoft Word for windows. Use single space and double- column format for the paper after the Key- Words. 11pt, Times New Roman.

Leave one blank line after the abstract and indicate key words. (3-5 words) Key words should clearly describe the subject matter of the paper.
1. Introduction
The introduction of the paper may contain the problem, objective/s, previous work, and the contribution of the paper. Formatting the research paper correctly will help to save the time and cost, which consequently ensures timely publication of papers. Papers not follow guidelines for formatting will not be accepted. The author should ensure that the paper is complete, grammatically correct and free from spelling mistakes. It is noted that English (USA) is accepted. Use single space and 11pt, Times New Roman.
2. Methods
Research methodology used including research approach, sample, data collection and analysis, measures should be included in this section. Leave one blank line between successive sections as in this document. Use single space and 11pt, Times New Roman, double -column format.
3. ResultsThis section is for reporting the results of the research. Use single space and 11pt, Times New Roman, double -column format.
4. Discussion
Include here the discussion on findings of the research.
5. Conclusion
This last section before references is for conclusion of the research

References should be in compliance APA style
