Focus and Scope
The Wayamba Journal of Management is a refereed journal published bi-annually by the Department of Business Management, Wayamba University of Sri Lanka with the scope of covering Management and organizational theory. Management refers to general management and all the management related areas such as production/operations management, marketing management, human resource management and financial management. In addition, this journal encourages interdisciplinary and cross-disciplinary approaches to explore the issues of Management and also articles based on empirical work and original thinking which will contribute to knowledge and understanding in the area of Management.
All articles published in the journal are deposited with Crossref
Publication Frequency
The journal is published bi-annually (June and December)
Open Access Policy
This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
Archiving Policy
This journal is available for LOCKSS harvesting, to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries and permits those libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for purposes of preservation and restoration. See LOCKSS harvesting start page.
